Join Katie for a grounding hour of movement, and breath.
​​A safe place to practice, all levels welcome.
Over 20 weeks, I will offer a series of 5 sequences.
We will flow through each sequence 4 times.
With each new sequence we will gradually build intensity...

If you join me each week you will notice:
Week 1: learning is fun :)
Week 2: that your body remembers...
Week 3: you may be able to connect your movement with breath.
Week 4: you may find a FLOW state.​
​You are not required to attend all 4 classes per sequence, drop ins are welcome.

Katie is a skillful and talented teacher. She leads you through a safe, playful sequence while holding space for introspection and reflection through yoga philosophy.

I couldn’t recommend Katie’s classes enough. They are restorative and relaxing, yet simultaneously a great workout - Katie offers variations throughout so they are accessible for all levels of yogi. You can really get what you want from the classes.
My favourite thing about the classes is that they centre around general wellness, including gratitude and intention. I look forward to every class as I feel so zen and clear-minded afterwards! Not to mention Katie is warm, encouraging and personable, she is very accommodating to all. My favourite yoga classes in Whistler. 10/10!
